Anyone find themselves cooking more? Even though we live in the middle of nowhere, I really miss going into town and grabbing some dinner at a restaurant, whether with the family or for a date night. I mostly miss it because I wouldn't need to cook that night. But, since we've been staying home more because of this quarantine, I find myself trying to cook what I crave from these restaurants. I gotta confess, a good portion of last week, I was kinda in a FUNK, a little cabin fever, a little depressed... did the bare minimum with the kids, put off projects, binge watched netflix shows til 2am, and just didn't want to get out of bed. My kids, for the past week, kept saying, "I miss my friends!!!" :( Seems that the new norm right now is homeschooling our kids because they can't go to school due to COVID-19.
